Coaching

At the heart of my coaching is one simple truth: “Emotions drive people, and people drive performance.” Joshua Freedman CEO of Six Seconds

Emotional Intelligence is learnable and measurable. My role as a coach is to guide clients in unlocking their EQ so they can lead, work, and live with greater clarity and purpose. We are all born with EQ potential, and as clients uncover new insights and strengths, they move through a powerful change journey — from fear, to courage, to curiosity, and into focused, intentional action.

In a world that constantly tells us to do more, I help my clients focus on being more — more self-aware, more intentional, and more aligned.

My coaching is grounded in the Six Seconds principles: wisdom lies within, no way is the way, and the process is the content.

Using the Build Q framework, we explore five core EQ competencies to deepen self-awareness, identify mindsets and patterns, and design change that is clear, calm, and sustainable.

Trust, connection, and accountability are the cornerstone of my coaching relationships, ensuring meaningful progress toward goals that truly matter.
